CAPSOL’s IMA Basic™ is an innovative full-featured product. It has been in use for over 2 years with tremendous positive feedback. It is being offered to participating schools free of charge.
We only have three requirements:

– We need a valid email address and phone numbers for the main users (admin)

– We ask you to provide us with feedback to help us improve our product.

– You will use IMA™ at least once every 30 days. It can be one or 1,000 messages; we just want to know it’s working for you.
IMA Basic provides two system users and unlimited mobile users.
System users are set up by CAPSOL® at the time of system commissioning. Users can be changed or deleted as necessary by contacting CAPSOL. The system users develop the event codes (mobile codes) for the mobile user to activate the app on their phone. Mobile Users simply scan a QR Code to load IMA™ on their phone. Then enter the event code you created and you are connected. This patent-pending feature connects them to you without the need for any personal information.
After we receive your application, we will set up your account and contact you with your user name(s)and password(s). Training is simple. We will provide training via WebEx, printed material or a 7-minute video. You are then free to use at will. We will always be available to provide support, provide training, answer questions or change system users. IMA™ is very powerful, but extremely simple to use.
