What is IMA™?

Instant Mobile Alerting™ (IMA) is a mobile application for receiving push messages. Recipients are anonymous using a patent pending procedure that does not collect Personally Identifiable Information, either when downloading, activating, or receiving.

Instant Mobile Alerting™ is a mobile application used for sending messages to a select group of people; ones identified with a specific event code or group.

When downloading the app for use, Personal information is not collected either downloading, activating, or using the app on this notification system. No Personally Identifiable Information such as phone numbers, names, addresses, email addresses or any other information that could identify an individual is collected or stored. CAPSOL® uses the latest in security technology to protect its systems, but because there is no collected information, in the very unlikely event the system is breached, there is no personal information to access.

As a user, I understand I will receive messages from the originator(s) I am linked to. I understand receiving these messages is not a consent that I agree with the content, only that I agree to receive messages. I can opt out at any time by simply logging out on the app.
