Students For Safety (S4S) is a mobile application Designed by Students for Students™, enabling students to communicate, anonymously report, and record suspicious activity to reduce harm to individuals.

S4S reports specific information to various entities to report or initiate action.

Privacy Notice and Use Policy

S4S™ Students for Safety

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices and use policy for CAPSOLNotes S4S application. This
privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this application.
When accessing the application, Students for Safety (S4S) loads anonymously. User identifiable
information is not gathered nor stored using the S4S program. A specific location code orschool code
must be entered to enable the application. Location Services must be enabled to ensure the user is in
the appropriate customer location. No personal information or data is collected
When chatting or transmitting tips, user information is anonymous. Chat users are only identified if the
user submits a chat with contact information requesting communication. Tip transmission is anonymous
unless it is sent with contact information requesting communication or intent to be identified.
Use
Users acknowledge by downloading this product that this application uses data to increase life safety.
Tip are evaluated for content so appropriate action can be taken.
Users that submit erroneous or false information, data meant to harm others, or information meant to
cause confusion will be removed from the system and blocked from any future use.
Cookies
We use “cookies” on this site. Use of cookies allows your location or school code to populate the
location on the mobile device connecting you to the proper database. Cookies are not linked to any
personally identifiable information on our site.
Sharing
We do not share any information of any kind to any company for the purpose of advertising or
marketing.
User accepts all liability with the use of this product. If under 18 years of age, user MUST receive
parental approval for use.
